ITKA Karate Global Tournament

October 11–12, 2025
Welcome Letter
Dear Friends,

Please join us for the 2025 ITKA World Friendship Karate Tournament in honor of the memory of Zahra and Sima Bambouyani. Sima and Zahra were dedicated karate practitioners who actively taught and trained at the ITKA headquarters.
They participated in numerous karate events and made significant contributions to our community before we tragically lost them in a devastating earthquake in 2003.The ITKA Tournament is more than just a competition. It is a reunion for old friends, a place to make new ones, and an opportunity to experience the spirit of karate.
Our goal is not simply about winning or losing — it’s about honor, respect, and personal growth.
Competitors will demonstrate discipline and care, showing concern for their fellow athletes while giving their best effort.During this exciting weekend, you will witness spectacular black belt performances and see firsthand the journey of students who started as beginners and persevered through years of training to earn their rank.
This tournament is an educational and cultural exchange, bringing together karate practitioners from many dojos and countries to share knowledge, tradition, and skills while upholding the values of humility, respect, courage, and sportsmanship. We look forward to seeing you at this special event and continuing to build a legacy of excellence in karate.
Respectfully and sincerely,
Kancho Mahmoud Bambouyani
Founder & Chairman – ITKA Karate Global
